An 18-year-old mother in Reynoldsburg, Ohio live-streamed taping her toddler to the wall has been arrested and charged with felony abduction. Shayla Rudolph bragged about her methods of discipline in the shocking Facebook live video that featured her toddler taped to the wall several weeks ago..

Police said they received information on Wednesday that Rudolph streamed the video live on Facebook. Rudolph used clear packing tape to restrain her 2-year-old son against the wall. She also taped the boy’s mouth shut and he apparently was he was reportedly restrained for around 15 minutes.

The mother is shown on the video standing in front of her crying toddler, telling him, "You got the best mommy in the whole wide world."

Shayla explained her stupid reason for taping her son to the wall, claiming that she wanted to do housework without the boy bothering her. She said on camera, "You can’t clean without them running around tearing up? Tape ‘em to the wall. You can’t cook or none of that because they running around? Tape ‘em to the wall."

Rudolph also threatened to put more tape on the boy, telling him to "sit still." In the clip, she is shown telling her son, "You can see the TV from right there. You be all right."

Rudolph posted another live video just days later, revealing that she had been reported to children's services and that she was no longer taping her son to the wall. Rudolph was confronted about the video by Franklin County Children’s Services, where she maintained that her actions were meant as a joke.

The teen mother then proceeded to taunt the child protective services agency in the video, stating, "They called Children Services on me, so f*** it, now he in the corner. Whatcha gonna do now? Call Children Services now, you can have his a**. I don’t give a f***. This time y’all can take him."

Rudolph was charged with third-degree felony abduction. Her son was taken into custody by Franklin County Children’s Services.
