Aisha Tyler ordered to pay ex How Much in spousal support?

Aisha Tyler ordered to pay ex How Much in spousal support?
Money seems to have the power to turn a relatively cordial divorce into a complete and utter nightmare.

Just ask Janet. Or T.I. & Tiny. Actually, those are horrible examples because they were already super packed with shadiness before cash crept into the equation, but we just always want you to know all the details. It’s what we live for, okay?

Aisha Tyler and Jeff Tietjens were married for 23 years before they split up in 2015. Wow, that’s pretty rough. The pair had struggled with fertility issues for quite a while, which, bless her, Aisha spoke about openly and honestly, which is great.

But despite Aisha publicly professing that she will always wish him well—she dished about her divorce on The Talk last year, saying "Even though we're separating, all I want for him is joy and fulfillment in whatever he chooses to do in his life next. And whatever I can do to help him do that, I want to do it." —it seems that things may be getting a tad intense. And, surprising no one, money plays a part in this.

TMZ is now reporting that the actress and talk show host will be coughing up big bucks when it comes to spousal support. The figure is evidently extra baffling since the pair do not have any children.

According to BET, the actress has been ordered to pay Jeff “31,250 per month in spousal support over the next four years, plus an additional $500,000 lump sum payment, bringing the total to over $2 million. Beyond that, they'll split all their remaining assets, meaning Tietjens will get the lion's share of their net worth in the proceedings.”

Yikes. That can’t be good for Aisha’s wallet.

Will Aisha simply shrug and hand over the cash? Who knows?
It’s also worth noting that Jeff is an attorney, so it’s not like he’s a butterfly-tickler or something, destined to wallow in the pits of poverty without his former wife’s income.
