One Of The Women Suing Usher In Growing Herpes Lawsuit Speaks During Press Conference — WATCH

The herpes lawsuits against Usher keep piling up and now one alleged victim, Quantasia Sharpton, is speaking out about being exposed to the herpes virus.

Sharpton spoke during a news conference today, stating the singer never warned her about having an STD before having intercourse with her. However, she reveals she has not tested positive for herpes but is still suing the R&B singer.

Usher is facing more legal problems after two women and one man are accusing the singer of exposing them to herpes.

Attorney Lisa Bloom reveals they will be filing a lawsuit this week. It was reported last month that Usher had paid a woman over $1 million for infecting her with the sexually transmitted disease. Now, more people are coming forward to sue the singer.

One of the accusers, Quantasia Sharpton, spoke about her hotel room romp two years ago with Usher while celebrating her 19th birthday. However, Sharpton has tested negative for herpes.

The other two alleged victims in the new lawsuits were identified only as Jane Doe and John Doe in court documents. Their attorney, Lisa Bloom, revealed that one person did test positive for herpes.

Quantasia spoke about her experience in a press conference on Monday. She revealed she was attending an Usher concert and wearing a crown when she and her friends were invited backstage. She gave her number to security and later received a call from the singer when she arrived back at her hotel.

Her attorney, Bloom, did not allow her client to share where or when the concert took place.

Sharpton told the press, "We spoke for a while and then we engaged in sexual contact. He never warned me about any STDs, it was just after my 19th birthday. When I first heard he had herpes I couldn’t believe it...I would have never consented if I had known."

Sharpton also stated that she gave birth last year and is certain she is negative for herpes. She adds, "Usher, if you are negative, please say so. If you are positive, you need to warn your sex partners.

The lawsuit will be filed in California, where Bloom says the law requires a person disclose he or she has herpes to a sex partner.

Bloom issued a press release on the lawsuit over the weekend. The release stated that all three individuals "allege that Usher had sexual contact with them after 2012, and failed to warn them of his alleged STD, as required by law."

In the release, the attorney pointed out that the fact that Usher has yet to publicly deny the rumors as a reason for moving forward with the suit.

Bloom lashed out at Usher last month for continuing to have unprotected sex when he had been diagnosed with herpes previously. The attorney stated, "How much unprotected sex did Usher have after his herpes diagnosis? Women are reaching out to me. How dare he endanger women’s health? It’s also a violation of criminal law in many states to have unprotected sex without disclosure of your STD. As it should be. Endangering women’s health by having unprotected sex with herpes? Three women have now reached out to me about Usher. Stay tuned..."

It was revealed last month that Usher had settled a lawsuit with a celebrity stylist back in 2012, splashing out $1.1 million to keep it quiet.

The lawsuit stated that the Grammy winner was diagnosed with the virus in 2009 or 2010, which would have been around the same time that Usher was going through a divorce with Tameka Foster.

The sexual encounters in the new lawsuit all occurred after the 2012 settlement. The celebrity attorney said she had been contacted by other people claiming to have had sex with Usher and are worried they may have also been exposed to herpes.
