Beyoncé Finally Responds At ‘Drunk In Love’ Lawsuit [VIDEO]
Well, Beyoncé just is not in the mood for anyone’s nonsense these days, huh?

Makes sense; being pregnant with twins is probably not a non-stop walk in the park. And let’s not forget the fact that she has some drama with her father to worry about—reportedly she is afraid that he will show up to her babies’ birth, despite the fact that he wasn’t asked to do so, just like he did with Blue Ivy.

Oh, he denies that this is the case, but we believe that it is actually.

Dwayne Walker (who created the now-famous Roc-A-Fella logo) has sued Bey, accusing her of copyright infringement. Why? Because her husband’s now ex-record label’s logo may have popped up in the “Drunk In Love” music video.

Drunnkkkkk in love. You’re welcome for that little serenade. God, that song is fun.

The legal documents in question state, “She is joined briefly by Mr. Carter at the end of the music video, who is wearing chains around his neck—one of which may contain a large metallic rendering of the trademark for his record label, Roc-A-Fella Records (the film is grainy and the pendant is only briefly visible). It is the four-second appearance of this chain that is the basis for this lawsuit.”

According to court paperwork, Bey has pointed out that Walker has already tried to make this claim before, but to no avail. A New York court rejected a similar lawsuit against Jay-Z months before Walker went and filed this one.

We’ll see how this one shakes out. In the meantime, there are other gossip items to discuss. Did you see that the Beyhive is all abuzz over Kim Kardashian possibly having attended one of Bey’s baby showers? She didn’t though, but we suppose that it’s more entertaining to pretend that she might have.
