Beyoncé & Jay Z Building Maternity Ward To Deliver Twins In Their Mansion?

New reports are claiming that Beyonce and Jay Z are determined to keep the birth of their twins private and enjoyable, even resorting to building a lavish maternity ward (for around $1 million) in their Hollywood mansion.

An insider claims an 'entire professional neonatal wing' has been shipped to the couple's $100,000 a month rental property as they gear up for home births of their twins. The source claims vans full of medical equipment including incubators have been arriving at their estate the past few days.

One of their neighbors stated, "It is all about privacy and safety. It’s not usual for someone expecting twins to have them at home, but Beyonce has discussed it with her doctors. She’s in prime physical condition and they are setting up a professional maternity unit inside the house for the birth. There will also be an ambulance on standby to take her to Cedars-Sinai Hospital should she or the babies need hospital care. Jay Z can be seen going in and out of the property but Beyoncé is lying low."
The maternity ward in their $20 million nine-bedroom home, previously owned by Madonna, should make the birth of the twins more manageable. There were issues for Beyonce and Jay Z in 2012 when they welcomed daughter, Blue Ivy, at New York’s Lenox Hill Hospital.

The insider said, "Beyonce and Jay Z were upset by that negative publicity at what should have been the happiest time in their lives. They are determined not to repeat that experience, which is why Beyoncé wants to give birth at home this time around. Of course, she has a team of medical staff advising her and, should her doctors say she needs to move to hospital, then that is what will happen."

The singer announced she was expecting twins in February, telling her millions of fans they were "blessed two times over."

Beyonce has shared her pregnancy journey on Instagram with her fans, posting photos of her growing bump. However, the singer has not posted new updates since May. Many fans speculated Bey had already given birth, but it appears the couple are now shunning a traditional hospital for a more private birth at home.
