Catch This L: Bow Wow Gets Dragged On Social Media For "Inspirational" Photo To Houston Hurricane Victims
Bow Wow delights us. Simply because he gets into such hot water on social media so often. Remember the whole #BowWowChallenge fiasco? It was golden; he basically lied about flying on a private plane and someone called him out on it. The backlash was hysterical. And he also claimed there are times that he is still chased down by fans. (#BoyBye)

Anyway, he should hire a team to monitor his nonsense. Or just a dude to slap the smartphone out of his hands whenever he gets in the mood to post. Either or.

Because…

As the deadly tropical storm Hurricane Harvey continues to wreak havoc on Houston, many in need are turning to social media and reputable media outlets to point them towards information.

People across the nation are chipping in by donating clothes, food, water and other resources that Houstonians are currently lacking. Kevin Hart, in his recent Hurricane Harvey Relief Challenge , reminded us all that monetary donations to aid the city in this time of distress is among the best sources of support.

Kevin stated in this video,
"I've just been caught up to speed on everything that's going on in Houston with Hurricane Harvey, and this (expletive) is unbelievable. I think we've participated in a lot of challenges on the Internet — some meaningful, some meaningless, but we've all done 'em […] At this point, this is a serious matter […] I think the people are in bad shape and they need help. I'm going to lead the charge and step up in this way." He then challenged an array of his celebrity buddies to donate $25,000 to the many victims of the catastrophic natural disaster.

Well, guess which other celebrity decided to hop on the topic?

Bow Wow, obviously. He posted a snap with a hand signal to represent horns, a universal gesture known to Texas, captioning this tweet, “❤️ #Htown”.

The Internet was less than thrilled with this.

Are you ready for a surprising turn of events?

We actually kind of think that this scope of negative reaction is ridiculous. Could he have done something more proactive? Sure. But so could many people.

On that note, if you’d like to donate to Hurricane Harvey, please do so! Here is a list of charities that are worth checking out.
