Chris Brown Is Reportedly Being Sued By A Woman Because Of Misconduct At His Home — Video
An unidentified Los Angeles woman filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against Chris Brown and fellow rapper Lowell Grissom (Young Lo), claiming she was repeatedly raped and sexually assaulted during a party at Breezy's home last year.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, stated she was lured to Brown's home following a concert at a nightclub on February 23, 2017.

She claims she was sexually assaulted by a female friend of Brown's and was raped several times by Young Lo.

The lawsuit states that the plaintiff went to a party after a concert at 1 Oak club in West Hollywood, where they met Grissom and Brown and had their phones confiscated.

The plaintiff claims Grissom told her to go to Chris' home to retrieve her cell phone, where the party would continue.

The young woman known only as Jane Doe, whose age has not been revealed, says she was raped at #chrisbrown house, in February 2017, by one of his friends and says she was forced to perform oral sex on one of his female friends who was menstruating. Details were released yesterday in a press conference. Once she got out of the house, Jane went to a rape treatment center and reported it to the police. Chris' team has yet to respond to the allegations. 😳 #breakingnews #entertainment #rap #rapmusic #hiphop #musiclife #studiolife #hiphopmusic #hiphopculture #hotornot #ikancreations #studio #producer #production #musicproducer #recordingstudio #music #marketing #promo #dj #djlife #undergroundmusic #newrelease #hiphopnews #hiphophead #news

The lawsuit claims that Brown provided his guests with alcohol and drugs, including cocaine, ecstasy and marijuana.

Breezy also allegedly gave each female guest a clear capsule filled with white powder and instructed them to take it to have a "good time." However, the plaintiff refused to take the drug.

The complaint states that at one point, she was led to a bedroom where several women were having sex with Grissom and Brown.

"Plaintiff refused to undress and made it clear that she did not want to engage in any sexual activity with anyone," according to the document.

A female friend of Brown's reportedly forced her and other females into a bedroom and blocked the door with a couch.
At that point, the female friend reportedly forced the women to have sex with Brown and Young Lo.

The plaintiff stated that she tried to leave, but Breezy's female friend grabbed her by the throat and forced her to perform oral sex on Grissom, the lawsuit alleges.

The lawsuit then states that "the female friend pushed Jane Doe down on the bed and literally sat on [her] face, using her legs to pin [her] down while forcing [her] to perform oral sex on her."

She then claims that the woman was on her period and her face was covered in blood when she went to the bathroom.

Breezy's female friend instructed her to take a shower. While she was showering, she claims Young Lo walked into the bathroom. As she tried to leave, Grissom allegedly pushed her onto the bed and raped her.

She also claims Grissom held her against a washing machine and raped her again.

The unidentified woman was allowed to call a ride-sharing service and went to a rape treatment center and to the police where she reported the assaults.

Attorney Gloria Allred said in a statement, "This is one of the most horrific cases involving alleged sexual assault that I have ever seen. Our client, Jane Doe, has been severely traumatized by what she was forced to suffer."

"She filed this lawsuit because she wants justice for herself, but she also wants to warn other young women about the potential danger to themselves if they have their phone taken away and if they go to Chris Brown's house," Allred said.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, claims that the lawsuit against the rapper is simply an attempt to seek $17 million from the rapper.

Geragos told TMZ, "I say that if any of that were true it would have been criminally investigated. Obviously it was and it was rejected. I guess the fact that they made a demand for $17 million and I told them to go pound sand explains why they did the press conference today. Chris didn’t do anything. They know Chris didn’t do anything and – other than using his name so they could have a press conference – I don’t understand why he’s dragged into anything."

More news will come out about this situation in the near future, and we will have that covered when new information is revealed.
