Report: Chris Rock Under Fire Over Female Rape Jokes During A Stand Up Routine

When will comedians finally learn that using rape as a punchline is a big no-no?

Just ask Nene Leakes, who was booted as the host of the Xscape reunion tour, after news broke that she wished it upon a heckler during a strand-up performance in Oakland. She told the audience member that she hoped that they were sexually assaulted by their Uber driver; “I hope he rape yo’ [expletive] tonight when he take you home, [expletive]. And steal yo’ funky hello kitty, [expletive].”

Now Chris Rock is in hot water for his questionable quips. During a recent show , he reportedly broached the topic.
#ChrisRock finds out the hard way sexual harassment is no joke! 😤⠀
He seems to have told the crowd at the Comedy Cellar that he doesn’t like to hire women anymore because he fears they will accuse him of rape, an attendee stated to Page Six.

They claimed that Chris said, “They cry rape because they want money,’ adding that he refuses to even hire a cleaning lady because he is worried she will make “false accusations” against him.

“Nobody was laughing. There were many boos and many women were telling him he was a sexist pig. Two people got kicked out.”

Chris reportedly also talked about pervert executive Harvey Weinstein specifically, talking about how he was [expletive ]by the exec, too. “Weinstein [expletive] with me by trying to have me star in the worst movies of all time,” he allegedly said.

Sir. No. Stop it. Maybe check in with Terry Crews and see if he is cackling it up about all of these recent revelations (the man who reportedly sexually assaulted him in front of his wife at an industry event a while back was recently identified). Or any of the many, many other victims of sexual abuse and harassment. Or, at the very bare minimum, read the freakin’ room.
I'm not sure this is news but my babies are beautiful.

At one point during the show, fellow comedian, Jeff Ross, supposedly attempted to get Chris to move on to other areas, even going so far as to call out, “Talk about growing up in Brooklyn!” after he was asked to suggest something else.

Jeff took the stage after Chris, and reportedly kicked off his segment by saying, “Now that we got that Chris Rock kid out of the way…”

Taking deep breaths to prep for #chrisrock. He’s not kidding when he calls it #blackouttour 😬🙏🏽 #firstworldproblems #givemestrength

No apology from Chris on this, it seems.

Being a comedian in this era is the hardest job ever, humans are so sensitive to things that should be jokes, humans don't like to be told the truth. #OminiAho cut #NoHateSpeech #ChrisRock
