Erica Mena Responds To Bow Wow Claiming He 'Made' Her Quit "LHHNY"
Erica Mena is not very happy with her ex-boyfriend, Bow Wow, after he discussed her during a radio interview and claimed he made her stop doing "Love & Hip Hop: New York."

During his interview with New York’s Hot 97, the subject of his highly-publicized relationship with Erica was brought up.

Bow Wow, whose real name is Shad Moss, said, "I tried my best to keep hers off everything as much as possible. Like, I was the one who told her to stop doing “Love and Hip Hop.” Like, 'you don’t need to do it.' I just felt like the stuff… if she kept doing it if we were together, it bled into CBS. I was doing CSI on CBS at the time, it was going to bleed into it. Because when you’re one, you’re one."

He continued, "If she got into a fight, I’d hear about it, and I gotta answer to it. If she did something, I gotta answer to it. And I would show her and say, 'See. This is what happens, cause we’re one now…'"

Mena took issue with Bow Wow's remarks and let it be known that isn't how things went down. Erica wrote on Twitter, "Let’s please go on RECORD, No Man walking this earth can say honestly that they made me quit LHH. I did that on my own."

Bow Wow and Erica began dating in early 2014 after she was a guest host on "106 & Park."

They shared a kiss on the show, although both were dating other people at the time. It wasn't long until the couple got pretty serious and were even engaged.

However, the couple split in 2015 and they went on to taking nasty jabs at one another. Mena suggested Bow Wow was abusive and hinted he had a small package.

Erica recently made her acting debut in Aziz Ansari’s Netflix series "Master of None", where she will appear in episode eight of season two.

The "Thanksgiving" episode shows Mena playing the role of Nikki, the love interest of Denise (Lena Waithe), a gay black woman whose family has a hard time accepting her sexual orientation.

Erica plays a girl addicted to Instagram and has problems keeping up with serious topics. It doesn't take long for everyone to see she isn’t the best match for Denise.
