Report: HIV Positive Man (And His Boyfriend) Accused Of Kidnapping & Raping A 12 Year Old Boy — Video

That’s a hint about what’s to come…

An HIV-positive man has been arrested in connection with the kidnapping and rape of a 12-year-old boy, Brookhaven police said on Friday.

46-year-old Kevin Walker faces multiple charges, including reckless conduct-HIV infected person, spokesman Brandon Gurley explained.

A second man, Kelvin Armstrong, is being sought in connection with the January 29nd crime.

“Detectives fear that he may repeat this offense if not captured,” Gurley noted.

Police reveal that the boy was approached from behind, grabbed and dragged into an apartment in the 2700 block of Buford Highway.

“Once inside,” Gurley stated, “detectives believe that the child was held against his will and raped by the two men.”

Walker was quickly identified and arrested, Gurley said. In addition to reckless conduct, he was charged with aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, kidnapping, aggravated child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes, first-degree cruelty to children and possession of methamphetamine.

38-year-old Armstrong is wanted on charges of aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation and first-degree cruelty to children. He is described as 5-foot-11 and 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

He has an extensive criminal history and should only be approached by law enforcement, Gurley shared in a statement.

“Armstrong is considered a danger to the public”.

Anyone with knowledge of Armstrong’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 404-637-0600.

Tipsters can remain anonymous and be eligible for rewards of up to $2,000, by contacting Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477, texting information to 274637 or by visiting crimestoppersatlanta.org.

UPDATE: Kelvin Armstrong was arrested Monday (Feb. 5) for aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy with force against  persons will, and first-degree cruelty to children causing excessive physical or mental pain.

So sad.

An Illinois man was charged with attempted murder after police said he shot his girlfriend 11 times in the stomach, while six children were at home.

The 38-year-old convicted felon was charged in the shooting, which occurred last weekend in Cicero (Chicago, Illinois).

Mario Scott was reportedly playing dominoes and drinking with his 33-year-old girlfriend on Saturday just before midnight in their home in the 2200 block of South 58th Avenue in Cicero.

During the game, the man suddenly left the table and went into his bedroom. He returned from the bedroom with a .22-caliber semiautomatic handgun and began shooting his girlfriend, hitting her 11 times in her midsection.

Six children (ages 1, 4, 7, 10, 11 and 14) were inside the home at the time of the shooting. Scott reportedly even asked the two oldest children to help him bring the woman to his vehicle, while the four children watched.
