Billionaire Wissam Al Mana Sends Message About Split From Janet Jackson
Janet Jackson and her billionaire husband, Wissam Al Mana, recently confirmed their split just three months after welcoming their first child.

Jackson has remained quiet on the situation, but Al Mana appears to be addressing their troubled relationship with a quote from the Quran.

Wissam appears to be seeking comfort in his faith during his troubling times. Al Mana changed his website, WissamAlMana.com, to feature a quote from the Quran. It reads, "You shall most certainly be tried in your possessions and in your persons; and indeed you shall hear many hurtful things from those to whom revelation was granted before your time, as well as from those who have come to ascribe divinity to other beings beside Allah. But if you remain patient in adversity and conscious of Him – this, behold, is something to set one's heart upon. - 3:186."

The message is quite different from the other post about Janet posted to his website about his love for her:

Rumors began circulating that Al Mana and Jackson had called it quits just three months after their son, Eissa, was born. The couple, had been married for five years, confirmed their split over the weekend.

An insider revealed, "“For years, Janet tried to adapt to his culture. Since it’s not a culture she grew up with, it’s been challenging for her. She often felt she disappointed Wissam. The cultural differences between her and Wissam became even more obvious [after Eissa arrived]. They come from very different worlds."

Jackson was raised as a Jehovah's Witness, while Al Mana is Muslim.

Janet and Wissam are said to be working together to co-parent their son. "They're both busy people but determined to be good parents, even if they're apart. It's amicable and Eissa will stay with his mother, who is basing herself in London."

An attorney revealed that there could be major issues over child custody if Janet decides to return to the United States from England. Paul Wright, an English barrister, stated, "It’s a tough situation when you’ve got somebody like Janet Jackson, her home is the United States — ideal place to bring up a child. But you don’t want to harm the husband.”

Wright adds that the U.K. court system attempts to "involve both parents on an equal as possible basis." He continues, "The courts want both of the parents involved in the child’s life. The child’s best interest is paramount."

The former couple could battle it out over their financial fortune. Al Mana is reportedly worth $1 billion and Jackson is reportedly worth up to $250 million.
