Fans Are Turning On JAY-Z In Favor Of Kanye West After Real Reason For Fallout Is Revealed
Oh, good. More news about Jay-Z and Kanye’s ever-worsening relationship.

Don’t know why we sound so mad about it. This feud kind of brings us joy. It’s sad, but it was bound to happen eventually. Plus, it’s not like they aren’t using it to catch headlines (or album sales).

A documentary called Public Enemies: JAY-Z vs. Kanye recently aired on UK’s Channel 4 and it somewhat spilled the beans on the brawl.

It evidently also seems to have painted Jay-Z as a “user” and Kanye as a brilliant musician who toiled for everything he has. Interesting.

“He [Kanye] looked up to this man, like a man in search of his father,” Eugene McNair (a childhood friend of Kanye’s) explained. Hm.

“One is a New York street dude, the other is a mama’s boy from Chicago,” a second pal shared, while another confided that “JAY-Z is very thoughtful about money. Kanye would spend it all on art, that comes first.”

Well, Jay-Z is reportedly planning to teach his daughter the value of a dollar. Are Kanye and Kim?

The documentary crew was able to wander around Kan-Kan’s room in his childhood home in Chicago; it is kind of a time capsule of sorts, it seems, as not much has been tampered with in the decades since he inhibited it.

“We went to his crib, he had all this African [expletive] throughout the house, he had crates of records everywhere,” Eugene mentioned. Sounds like the Kanye we all know and…er…love.

The documentary also focused on another possible root of their falling out—Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian.

“It does really seem like JAY-Z and Beyonce have distanced themselves from Kanye since he’s been together with Kim,” writer Julianne Escobedo Shepherd shared. Rapper GLC agreed with this notion, stating, “The guy that I see now, that’s not the guy that we knew back then.”

We aren’t sure about all this. While Jay-Z has many faults, we can’t imagine that playing nice with Kanye all the time is the easiest feat. Remember when he stopped a show to complain that Jay hadn’t called him after Kim had been robbed in Paris?

It takes two to tango. That’s all we are saying.

Fans poured onto social media to share their freshly-formed opinions of the whole scenario.
