Nelly Files Countersuit Against Rape Accuser Monique Greene + Rapper Also Faces Two New Accusations Of Sexual Assault
Nelly is moving forward with the case against one of the women who has accused him of rape. Yes, there are several.

Nelly has admitted that he hooked up with the woman without a condom and corroborated her claim that he threw her $100 when she was leaving the tour bus. Which...ick.

Monique Greene later dropped that criminal case, due to the public scrutiny and alleged threats from Nelly's legal team.

It seems that he has now filed a countersuit against his rape accuser Monique, filing court papers in King County Superior Court to have a January 22nd complaint against him dismissed.

In the countersuit, he states that Monique Greene was flirting with him in his VIP section at a Seattle club and that they later supposedly had consensual sex in his tour bus. Monique allegedly became upset when a back-up dancer entered his room to use the restroom. Nelly claims that she then became “aggressive and disruptive.”

The complaint that Nelly wants dismissed alleges that he also raped two women in England in June 2016 and December 2017.

Nelly has not been prosecuted due to fact that the college student refuses to testify against him, claiming that “she felt that she could not stand up against a celebrity and the criminal justice system would fail her”, court documents note.

Monique has shared that she feels that Nelly sets out to sexually assault "beautiful women of color", who he handpicks from his concerts; she claims that the singer gets his entourage to pick out women with "beautiful faces and curvy figures" to come backstage.

She added that the rapper is "particularly attracted to women who were resistant."

Monique thinks Nelly has a little routine he uses, which includes exposing himself and masturbating in front of them. According to her, he does this "with the expectation that presenting himself would entitle him to sexual gratification and that the women were drawn to and could not resist his penis."

Monique insists that Nelly sexually assaults the women who resist his advances and claims that she knows at least two other women that went through the exact same situation with the crooner.

The rapper was arrested on October 8th, 2017. However, prosecutors dropped the case in December after Monique reportedly refused to cooperate with authorities. His legal team soon announced that he would be suing her for defamation.

Nelly's attorney, Scott Rosenblum, previously declared, "Nelly recognizes the need for women who are victims of sexual assault of any kind to be heard and our existing systems changed […] However, this type of reckless false allegation cannot be tolerated as it is an affront to the real survivors of sexual assault."

"Nelly has suffered very real damage to his reputation. He has incurred economic loss and painfully has watched his family suffer. As a result Nelly is planning to proceed with litigation as the first step in restoring his reputation."
