Nelly's Rape Accuser Asks Judge To Ban Him From Sexually Assaulting Other Women
A woman that accused Nelly of raping her previously has asked a judge to order the singer not to sexually assault other women.

Monique Green had accused Nelly of raping her on his tour bus. She later dropped the criminal case due to the public scrutiny and alleged threats from Nelly's legal team.

Nelly admitted that he hooked up with the woman without a condom and corroborated her claim that he threw her $100 when she was leaving the tour bus.

Greene claims Nelly sets out to sexually assault "beautiful women of color" that he handpicks from his concerts. She claims that the singer gets his entourage to pick out women with "beautiful faces and curvy figures" to come backstage.

She adds that Nelly is "particularly attracted to women who were resistant."

Monique claims that Nelly has a little routine he uses with the women, which includes exposing himself and masturbating in front of them.

Greene claims he does this "with the expectation that presenting himself would entitle him to sexual gratification and that the women were drawn to and could not resist his penis."

She goes on to state that Nelly sexually assaults the women that resist his advances.

Nelly's accuser claims she knows at least two other women that went through the exact same situation with the singer.

The rapper was arrested on Oct. 8, 2017, after Greene accused him of raping her on a tour bus in Washington state.

Prosecutors dropped the case in December after Greene reportedly refused to cooperate with authorities. Nelly's legal team announced days later that he will be suing her for defamation.

Nelly's attorney, Scott Rosenblum, stated, "Nelly recognizes the need for women who are victims of sexual assault of any kind to be heard and our existing systems changed […] However, this type of reckless false allegation cannot be tolerated as it is an affront to the real survivors of sexual assault."

His attorney adds, "Nelly has suffered very real damage to his reputation. He has incurred economic loss and painfully has watched his family suffer. As a result Nelly is planning to proceed with litigation as the first step in restoring his reputation."
