Here’s How R. Kelly Reportedly Reacted To The ‘Surviving R. Kelly’ Documentary After It Aired — Video
Heralded as the "King of R&B" (Sorry Jacquees), R. Kelly been getting torched across social media after Lifetime’s documentary series, Surviving R. Kelly, premiered last Thursday and with new episodes on Friday and Saturday.

During Surviving R.Kelly, everyone from ex-employees, family member (including his ex-wife), and even women who were allegedly abused by the R&B singer appeared to recount their involvement with him.

All three hours were trending on social media every night that they aired causing discussion among fans and colleagues alike.

Now, the disgraced R&B singer is reportedly responding to the multiple part exposé.

According to TMZ, Kelly did not watch the Surviving R. Kelly documentary. Sources close to him kept him inform on what aired as Kelly claims to “not know half” of the people in the piece and is “disgusted” by the reports of abuse.

Also, R. Kelly claims that all the people in Surviving R. Kelly have a personal “vendetta” against him.

The report ends with a statement that reads he will be suing everyone involved with the scandalous expose.

How do you feel about R. Kelly?

Previous story by Elliah Dash-Stell (6/15/2018 at 9:14 am CT):

Andrea Kelly, the ex-wife of R. Kelly, has tearfully looked back on her relationship with the crooner, including the moment she contemplated suicide.

On June 13, Sister Circle shared two videos of their interview with Andrea; one where she recalled the traumatic incident and another in which she spoke to the parents of alleged captive, Joycelyn Savage

In the first clip, host Syleena Johnson asked her when she decided to end her marriage after nearly thirteen years and three children together (and her husband being acquitted of 14 counts of [redacted] in 2009).

“I remember looking down,” she confessed, describing how she had one foot on the ledge and other in the air. “It’s almost like God was able to let me see in the future. I saw my body laying in blood, I saw ambulance come, the housekeeping coming out and saying, ‘She jumped from there.’ I remember hearing my babies voices, ‘Why did Mommy jump? Why did she leave us like this?’ And I said, ‘Okay God. You have to give me an answer, not today, not tomorrow, right now.”

Andrea says she then returned home and looked up signs of domestic violence online, where she discovered that Kelly met most the requirements of an abuser.

“Out of the 17, he met 15 of them.”

Andrea also offered words of wisdom to J. and Tim Savage, the parents of (the aforementioned) Joycelyn Savage. They spoke with Buzzfeed News about how their daughter Jocelyn was courted by R. Kelly to help launch her music career. As we’ve all heard & seen by now, the two became an item and communication between Joycelyn and her parents has been kept a minimum reportedly.

More legal bumps are on the horizon for Kelly too, as Faith A. Rodgers filed a lawsuit against the singer in May. According to her, she dated Kelly for a year and was mentally, emotionally and physically abused; she faced “non-consensual oral and vaginal intercourse” and was infected with herpes.

The singer has repeatedly brushed off numerous accusations and lawsuits, claiming the women are looking for financial compensation. Hm.

Early morning barber shop stop. It’s the freakin’ weekend time to have me some fun. What y’all got up for this Saturday?! #MorningsWithKellz

His rep once addressed one batch of allegations, saying, "The allegations against Mr. Kelly are false, and are being made by individuals known to be dishonest. It is clear these continuing stories are the result of the effort of those with personal agendas who are working in concert to interfere with and damage his career. Mr. Kelly again denies any and all wrong doing and is taking appropriate legal action to protect himself from ongoing defamation."
