Remy Ma Throws Shade At Meek Mill's Prison Sentence & Says He Should Have Been Honest About Supplying Ammo For 'ShETHER' — Watch
Remy Ma made an appearance on The Breakfast Club, where she talked about her upcoming album that was inspired by her six years in prison at Beford Hills Correctional Facility. The rapper also discussed Meek Mill's prison sentence, suggesting he should have been "nicer to her."

Remy told the radio hosts about her album, Seven Winters, Six Summers that will address her six-year prison stint. The topic of conversation led to the broken justice system and Meek's recent sentencing.

Remy stated, "Take me for instance, I did all the years that I did. But after you got out, I still have five years – not parole, no. If I was on parole, I would’ve been off a year, two years ago because it only goes as long as your sentence."

The "All The Way Up" rapper continued, "What they’re doing now, they put this post-release provision on top of it where, for three years or five years or however many years afterward, you can’t do nothing. I literally have a curfew still. I have a curfew of 12:30 every day until 2019 and I got out of prison in 2014."

Meek was recently sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison after he failed a drug test and violated probation by traveling without permission from the court.

Remy opened up about his case and those of other well-known people. "They set it up so that you go back," Remy claimed. "And it’s sad when you’re a celebrity. It’s even worse because people are paying attention...It’s hard sometimes when you’re trying to be good and you’re trying to do the right thing. It’s like, no matter what you do, you never finish paying your debt to society."

Remy stated that she felt bad for Meek's hefty sentence for a probation violation, but also dissed him for not being truthful about what he told her about Nicki Minaj.

Remy told the hosts, "I feel bad that he has to do all that time. But, [Meek] probably should have been nicer to me when he was up here talking about what he told me and what he didn't tell me."

Fans will recall that Remy's Nicki Minaj diss track, "shETHER" contained some interesting information that appeared to come from Meek.

In the track, Remy raps, "And I saw Meek at All-Star, he told me your [expletive] dropped/He couldn’t [expletive] you for three months because you’re [expletive] dropped/Now I don’t think y’all understand how bad her [expletive] got/The implants that she had put in her [expletive] popped/I was like, ’[expletive], 90 days and you couldn’t have box?'"

Most fans believed Meek had spilled the information about his ex-girlfriend to Remy so that she could use it against the "Anaconda" rapper. However, Mill later tried to deny it but contradicted himself.

"[Remy] put me on blast, too," Meek stated in the interview. "By the way, too, I never told that to Remy. And if she ever do an interview, she’ll probably tell you that herself. I was just participating in all of the [expletive] because when I’m in [expletive], everybody participate in it too and I don’t really give a expletive."
