Stevie J Wants Psych Exam For Baby Mama Joseline Hernandez; Also Demanding List Of Her Sexual Partners
Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez appeared to have reconciled after being spotted doing a club appearance together days ago. However, there is still trouble brewing between the couple! Stevie has filed court documents in his paternity battle with Joseline, demanding she undergo a psychological exam due to her violent outbursts.

Stevie J is concerned about the safety and well-being of their daughter, Bonnie Bella, as well as his own.

In legal documents, Stevie cites Joseline's history of harassment, stalking and violence. Some of her antics were caught on camera on "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta."

He accuses her of exhibiting violent and unstable behavior towards him, which has resulted in physical violence and her damaging his property on several occasions.

Stevie has asked the court to make Joseline show her income from 2014-2017, her highest education level, total amount of cash on hand, a list of her arrests within the past 10 years, and medical records that document if she received psychiatric treatment or treatment of alcoholism or drug abuse.
Stevie J wants to find out if the Puerto Rican Princess has ever been diagnosed with a mental illness and if she has used any drugs including marijuana, methamphetamine or cocaine, along with the last date of use.

In addition, Stevie wants to know the names of each person Joseline had sex with between March 1, 2016 and May 1, 2016.
The legal documents state that over the past five years that Joseline had been verbally and emotionally abusive to Stevie, explaining his concerns over her mental health.

The papers state, "Petitioners conduct and behavior clearly demonstrates that she is unable in her mental capacity to be responsible for a minor child, and if treatment is not sought for the Petitioner, she is liable to seriously harm Respondent. Petitioners’ behavior demonstrates the need for the requested evaluations, as the safety and well-being of the minor child shall be in dire jeopardy unless the Court intervenes in this matter."
