Woman Accusing Trey Songz Of Assaulting Her Spills Tea On What Allegedly Went Down & Asks Judge For Restraining Order
Trey Songz’s legal situation may be taking another plunge.

TMZ is reporting that he could be legally blocked from going near a woman who claims he struck her (if you have been keeping an eye on his antics for a while, let us clarify that this is a new case, not a similar-sounding one from a while back), if attorney Lisa Bloom gets her way.

The outlet says that Bloom is going to court Tuesday morning, asking for a restraining order on the women’s behalf. The alleged victim claims that she and Trey were at a Hollywood party…when he hit her in the face out of jealousy because she was talking to another man.

Uhhh.

Bloom states in her legal documents that Songz choked her client, before he punching her in the face several times, until she fell to the ground; he supposedly continued striking her until security pulled him off her. The woman says Songz was hitting with such force it was as if two men were fighting. She says she suffered bruises to her face and hand.

The woman also insists she was trying to get away and called an Uber, but Songz grabbed her cell phone and threw it down a hill. She says he tossed her second cell phone away from her too.

The woman filed a police report and went to the hospital right after the incident. Officers are reportedly still investigating.

She says she works in the nightclub industry and Songz frequents some of her clubs and she is afraid of him, which is why she is filing the restraining order.

Songz's lawyer, Shawn Holley, stated, "Trey has not spoken with Ms. Buera nor has he attempted to speak with her since the night of the gathering."

(According to people connected to the star, she has tried reaching out to Trey’s friends since the party, but they did not respond to her.)

Holley says there were witnesses present at the party who dispute the woman's account.

But Lisa told TMZ, "We are taking this step today to protect my client's right to peacefully live and work, and we will continue to fully cooperate with law enforcement's investigation of this serious matter," before adding, "We are asking just one of them with a conscience to reach out to us and tell us what they saw."

The crooner is currently on probation for pleading guilty to two misdemeanors, after he went nuts throwing anything he could find off stage at his concert back in 2016. He was also sued by a fan since he allegedly smacked her phone out of her hand and into her face, breaking her glasses.

Hm.
