Usher Finally Responds To Lawsuit Claiming He Exposed Two Women And A Man To Herpes
Usher has finally responded to allegations made against him, denying he exposed his accusers to herpes.

The 38-year-old singer is being sued by two women and one man for not disclosing that he had the STD.

Usher's legal team, Laura Wasser and Zia Modabber, filed documents that denies "every allegation" made by the plaintiffs. The R&B singer stated that even if there was sexual contact that he never intended to harm anyone.

The legal filing states, "Any alleged conduct by Defendant, which is expressly denied, was unintentional." His response also states that if there was sexual contact "each plaintiff assumed the risk of any alleged harm."

The documents also said, "Any harm that any plaintiff alleges to have suffered was caused in whole or in part by that plaintiff's own negligence."

Lisa Bloom, the attorney representing the accusers, stated that Usher gave the "standard legal answer." She is ready to take him on in court to prove the case.

Usher's response to the claims comes days after one accuser, Quantasia Sharpton, stated that she had a sex tape with the singer. She even claimed that the "Let It Burn" singer knew he was being recorded.

Sharpton's attorney, Lisa Bloom, later clarified and said there was no sex tape.

Quantasia claimed she hooked up with Usher following one of his concerts at a Days Inn hotel years ago.

She stated in a press conference last month, "When I first heard reports that he had herpes, I couldn't believe it. I had a child a year ago, and I knew I was negative. But I contacted Lisa Bloom to find out what my rights are as a woman.

"Although I am negative, I was upset by the reports, because I would never have consented if I had known. I would not have taken a risk of getting an incurable disease."

Quantasia is just one of three people claiming to have had sexual relations with Usher. They claim he did not disclose that he had been diagnosed with the STD. One accuser has reportedly tested positive for herpes, according to Bloom.

The three plaintiffs are suing the singer for alleged infliction of emotional distress, battery, fraud, and negligence.

The other two plaintiffs, a man and woman, were identified only as John Doe and Jane Doe in the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

In July, legal documents leaked online that alleged Usher had tested positive for herpes since 2009. He allegedly infected one sex partner with herpes in 2012. She sued the singer and reportedly settled the civil suit for $1.1 million.

#USHER’S ACCUSER HAS VIDEO OF THEIR ENCOUNTER?! For those who mocked @Usher’s accuser, #QuantasiaSharpton, the woman now reveals she has the ammunition to silence the haters. She’s currently one of three people who is suing Usher for exposing them to herpes. And to prove that she did have sexual relations with that man, Quantasia says they recorded themselves having sex. Usher is also aware of the video She also said her attorney, Lisa Bloom, wouldn’t have taken her case if she didn’t have proof. *
