Will Smith Finally Responds To ‘Fresh Prince’ Co-Star Janet Hubert’s Disturbing Accusations Against Him — Video
Rapper/Actor Will Smith is known for a lot of things… but one of them is not getting involved in public beef with anyone.

With that said, many of his former co-workers don’t care, including Janet Hubert from the Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air (She was the original Aunt Vivian for the first 3 season before being replaced by Daphne Maxwell-Reid in 1993).

Janet has long claimed that Will's comment about her being “hard to work with” on the set made her lose out on several gigs.

Actually when you think about it, she’s never cared for Will or his wife Jada Pinkett Smith.

The actress attacked Jada for her publicized #OscarsSoWhite boycott during the 2016 Oscars (where no one of color where nominated that year). On Facebook, Hubert wrote, “does your man not have a mouth of his with which to speak?”

In Mid-June, Janet went on the offensive again and leveled more allegations against Will.

Dealing with her son trying to take his own life, Janet placed the blame on her former Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air co-star writing, "Dear Will...you destroyed my life with your lies...YOU win my son is in the hospital. #[expletive]attempt.#[expletive]youworld!"

In an interview with 1Extra, a part of the BBC network, Will finally gave a response to her vicious allegations and insults over the years.

While not actually addressing her latest claim, Will did say: “I think as an artist there’s so many things that she does. She sings, she dances, she’s like a really powerful artist. I loved what she brought to the ‘Fresh Prince.’”

As for the time when he and his wife boycotted the Oscars, Will said it was for a political and social purpose.

“To me it’s so far not about me. It’s not about us going to a show or not,” he said. “For me this is a much bigger social issue. I’m recognizing a pattern of the narrowing of the imagery. The narrowing of tolerance in America. I’ve been watching the news and experiencing the things that are going on in my country, my concern is that Hollywood is reflecting a regressive trend. Hollywood is supposed to lead. It’s supposed to be the most diverse and the most inclusive.”
“All of the voices of so many different types of people and so many different types of stories,” he continued. “I’m just concerned that I’m seeing Hollywood slipping and making a slide that is a social and political slide that’s happening throughout the country.”
