Did Yandy Smith-Harris Just Hint at Moving Over to ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’?! [VIDEO]
So Love & Hip Hop: New York cast member, Yandy Smith-Harris, might be packing her bags to head down south to Atlanta.

There are rumors that the “Harlem chick” is planning on becoming a “Georgia Peach”. Now everyone is waiting to see if she will make it official and move to Atlanta. Also, will Yandy stay on LHHNY or is she switching to LHHATL

If you’re a resident of Atlanta, then you might have noticed that Yandy has been present in the city a lot lately. Atlantans are known for being gossiping and being nosey. In fact, keeping a secret in Atlanta is nearly impossible, because the streets are always talking. Ask Momma Joyce from RHoA

On more than one occasion, Yandy has teamed up with her friend, RHoA cast member Kandi Burrus-Tucker, to work on a couple of projects. The ladies have combined their powers as successful business women to make a couple of things happen. Yandy must have like the Atlanta business scene so much that she decided to set up shop in Hotlanta.

One of Yandy’s business ventures, “Everything Girls Love”, is now headquartered in Atlanta. EGL is a digital lifestyle brand that offers content in entertainment, fashion, beauty, health, and relationships. According to Yandy, EGL’s new place of operations has a production studio, a green screen room, and a huge lot to build sets for movies. There’s also two recording studio and an office downstairs. Does it have a restaurant, a movie theater, and a bowling alley too?

Yandy isn’t playing any games. However, this wouldn’t be the first time that a Northerner came to Atlanta to take advantage of the cheap real estate prices, access to millions of successful, educated Black people, and the growing entertainment industry. Everyone wants a piece of Atlanta, can you blame them?

The entertainment industry has exploded in Atlanta. Big productions that would normally be shot in Hollywood have moved to Atlanta and the music industry has been growing since the 90s. A lot of businesses have also moved to Atlanta. Not to mention there is a huge wave of entrepreneurial-ism in the city, especially amongst African Americans. Moving to Atlanta sounds like a great business move for the mogul.

Yandy isn’t talking on how moving her business will affect her job on LHHNY or if she’s trying to stay in Atlanta for good just yet but one thing is for sure, the streets of Atlanta will be watching.
